| June 19, 2010 - We would like to thank Sensei Fouad El-Harrif and Senpai Myriam El-Harrif of Karate Saint-Luc for hosting the Montérégie Championship 2010. More than 200 participants from several Quebec karate schools travelled to the Garnison St-Jean where they were welcomed by a team of very helpful volunteers. |

During this last tournament of the season, our Montreal Kanreikai team performed very well in kata and semi-knockdown fighting events.

Mikhael Gouterman: 2nd in kata; 1st in fighting

Charlotte Bate: 3rd in kata
Arek Zyskowski: 1st in fighting
A special mention goes to Nir Gakh who also realized a solid performance at this Championship.
